Rules
*The maximum occupancy is 4
*There is NO smoking permitted
*We do not rent to large parties
*Minimum age for renting is 25
*Tenants are not permitted to bring pets
*We do not accept personal checks
*Tenants must be willing and able to provide a government issued ID
*We want each guest to enjoy a clean and comfortable space. Our cleaners are not a maid service so we ask that you please clean up after yourself and leave the condo in the condition you found it.
*Please do not put laundry/towels with sand in the washer/dryer unless thoroughly shaken
Regulations
*Tenants must agree to and sign an short term Lease Agreement. The Lease Agreement can be provided for review at any time upon request. Entry will not be permitted without a singed lease.
*Tenants must agree to follow all Pool and HOA Community Rules. A copy of these rules are part of the Lease Agreement
*There is ONE pool key fob provided for use. If lost/taken there is a $150 replace cost which will be passed onto the Tenant.
Disclosures
*Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to rental date and 50% refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior to rental date
*Refundable security deposit or proof of trip insurance which covers the property is required 15 days prior to rental date arrival.
*The owners have a pup that enjoys the condo when not rented. The property is thoroughly cleaned and different sheets are used.
*There is no physical key, guests are given an individual key code for the duration of the stay.
