Security Deposit

1. If using VRBO.com a required, non-refundable, damage policy must be purchased through VRBO when booking the unit.  This fee is paid to VRBO and NOT to the owner. OR

2. Tenant may provide a Rental Damage Insurance policy to Owner (minimum of $1,500.00) prior to stay and then no additional security deposit will be required OR

3. Tenant may provide a $1500.00, 100% REFUNDABLE, security deposit which will be returned within 3 business days post Term date provided no damage.

2. July 1, 2026 - September 6, 2026 - $300/night

3. September 7, 2026 – October 31, 2026 - $150/night-$200/night

4. November 1, 2026 – May 22, 2027 - $100/night-$150/night

Payment Terms

Reservations require 50% down the day of booking and 50% no later than 15 days prior to arrival.  Security Deposit or proof of damage policy is required prior to entry.

Cancellation Policy

0% refund for less than 15 days’ notice.

50% refund for 15 days' notice. 100% refund for 30 days' notice
