Linens
We offer linen service which is included in the cleaning fee. Sheets, bath towels and pillows are provided for your use. We ask when you check out you strip the bed and place all used towels and sheets into the laundry baskets provided. This allows us to keep the fee low.
Beach towels are provide upon request.
Kitchen & Dinning
The Kitchen was fully renovated in 2025 with granite counters, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave and also has a peninsula with three bar stools. A Keurig is provided for use. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans dishes and silverware.
There is also a dining room with that seats up to 4.
Living
The unit has free Wifi (password protected) so bring your devices!
The living room hosts a recliner loveseat and 2 recliners. You will also find a 65 inch flat screen SMART TV. There is no cable, however, there are multiple streaming apps with free TV and movies loaded including CW, Tubi, Plex, Pluto and Roku TV or bring your passwords to access your streaming apps (don't forget to sign out!). .
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with foam mattress and full wall of closets. The Master also has a 40 inch flat screen SMART TV. Bring you're passwords to use with streaming applications or use the available free TV apps that are already downloaded.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two twin size foam mattresses and wall of closets. The second bedroom has a 40 inch SMART flat screen TV which provides you access to several streaming applications.
Full & Half Baths
The first floor has a half bath directly adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom that is a "Jack and Jill" style between the master and secondary bedrooms. The full bath has a shower only and two sinks.
Screened Porch & Grill
There is a screened in porch with small patio with access to the backyard. The sun room has two over-sized chairs for reading or just relaxing and enjoying the breeze. There is also a ceiling fan to make the outside even more comfortable
The unit has a propane grill which is located outside of the sunroom.
Pool
The community has a gated, in-ground pool which is a short stroll down the sidewalk from the unit.
The pool is available for use from 10am - 8pm, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Tenants must follow all Pool (and community) rules and regulations (there is a required acknowledgement upon booking).
Parking
The unit has one, designated parking spot, which is directly in front of the condo. Any unnumbered spots may also be used and are on a first come first serve basis.
Please do not park in any numbered unit spot or you will be towed at your own expense.
